Cement particle and sheathing boards

Cement particle boards, commonly known as CP boards, comprise wood chips, Portland cements, water and additives. These boards typically offer high levels of impact, water and frost resistance. Sheathing boards will provide initial weather protection for a number of external SFS (steel frame system) constructions, typically where the facade cladding system is fixed through into the SFS stud.

Suitable for a range of applications both internally and externally on construction projects, external grade sheathing boards are often used behind facade solutions to seal the external envelope of a building, offering temporary protection whilst the facade construction is underway.

CP boards can also be used as render carrier and tile backing in both metal and timber frame structures. These building boards are available in 6mm to 24mm thickness’s and offer sound insulation, water and frost resistant properties.
