Our story
SBS Cladding Ltd was founded in 2019, with a simple vision of bringing together years of experience and knowledge, to offer our customers a no-nonsense supply route for all of their facade, framing, insulation and fabrication requirements.
With the facade industry going from strength to strength, our dedicated team pride themselves on working closely with architects, main contractors and sub-contractors from concept, through to completion, to ensure that they get all the help they may need. We work closely with all departments to make sure that all the correct materials are secured and delivered in a timely manner and that our customers programmes and expectations are met.
As part of a group of businesses within our industry, we have a joint vision to support our customers to create new buildings in a more environmentally conscious and sustainable way. We also want to work with our people and partners to share the same values and goals and collaborate to change the industry for the future.
We want to empower our people to be the best that they can be. We recognise that by investing in building our employees skills, we will support our drive to have a culture of high performance. Enabling our people to develop new skills is an investment in their career and future.
We also want all of our employees to enjoy coming in to work and to feel engaged. Employees that are engaged in their work are healthier, happier and feel more fulfilled and motivated. We want to be the most trusted partner for our suppliers and customers. By working in partnership with everyone in our supply chain, we will drive environmental and social change. Our ambition is to reduce the impact of our services and products on people and the environment.
We want to be carbon net zero by 2030. Through technology, choice of resources and behaviour change, we aim to reduce our carbon emissions as best as we can. We will only offset what cannot be removed.
To help reach carbon net zero we are using renewable energy in our office and fitting solar panels to the roof. We are also transferring our company cars to electric. Working alongside our partners, we will reduce scope 3 emission and aim for a net zero supply chain.
We have a wide variety of roles within our team, from office-based administrative roles, to those working first-hand in our warehouse operating our machines. Our business offers a fast-paced and varied environment to work in, with a close-knit team who are part of a much wider organisation in the construction industry.
